Who We Are

Since early 2008 Vaincre, trading as SRTi, are a specialist labour hire organisation that takes care of small mercantile, security, surveillance and investigation teams.

We are Victorian based and I personally oversee, implement and maintain ongoing compliance for all allocated projects. We clearly define our goals to you with a means to achieve.

SRTi specialises in small teams of 5-8 personnel enabling us to maintain that direct connection to you, our client. We are a third-party provider and do not/will not hold direct source contracts.

Our business is built purely in the support of your business which makes sense and provides you with real peace of mind.

Once our lines of communication have been opened, as Company Director, I will personally apply all necessary procedures and allocate the resources and personnel to handle each project efficiently whilst simultaneously maintaining SRTi’s cost effective procedures. Your confidence in SRTi is assured when you talk to myself, the director, I will then work with you to allocate and implement the procedure, which include strict reporting guidelines and the specific resource allocation.

Due diligence is also implemented and adhered to.

SRTi’s speciality is in the identification of the client’s specific requirements. Once those requirements are identified then a suitable team is sourced with orientation for the team to understand all field procedures.

We introduced full training as a support function for Security, Recoveries and Investigations sections. Full training and implementation are then instigated and are all designed to provide in-field support for your business. Michael Wright maintains a strict code of ethics ensuring all projects are are fully implemented with the best team to do the job well, on time and on budget.

Our full training team has 3 TAE qualified and fully dedicated managers with many years training experience in Private accredited, non-accredited and VET protocols. We meld our training team into every project to identify any specific training and licensing requirements.

This team will then source the best training options and implement the training. Due to the close relationship between training and compliance, the manager oversees all initial and ongoing compliance as part of their duties.
