Our highly visible Crowd Controllers supervise entry and exit points and continuously monitor and assess crowd behaviour to detect any sign of anti-social or aggressive behaviour and take appropriate action as required.

SRTi offers peace of mind at all Hospitality Venues with Crowd Controllers/RSA Officers. Each hospitality venue is considered a standalone site and in turn will require a dedicated team.

At SRTi will undertake all initial discussions to determine your specific needs and in turn provide the type of team required. Initial coverage of the venue is conducted by the leadership team who will be rostered with a 6-8 week lead- in time.
